4. Ad-Free Option & User Controls

• Ad-Free Option (VIP Pass): Players can permanently disable all third-party advertisements (interstitials) and claim bonus rewards instantly by unlocking the Horizon VIP Pass inside the game.
• Device Tracking Controls: You can limit ad tracking on your iPhone or iPad by navigating to Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking and toggling off tracking permissions for the app.

5. Children’s Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

Neon Horizon: Highway Rush does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13 (or 16 in applicable jurisdictions).
